Established in 2O18, by Kootenay residents Phil and Victoria Morley, Morley Mountain Homes designs and builds custom Net Zero homes and renovates older homes to be more energy efficient.
Phil is a licenced builder and respected project manager with 10 years experience of coordinating renovations and remediations for both residential and commercial clients. He is proud to be the only CHBA certified Net Zero builder in the Kootenays.
Victoria is a British architectural and interior designer. She studied at the Inchbald School of Design in London; the leading provider of accredited interior design courses in the UK. She designs houses that are beautiful, sustainable and made for living and also offers a standalone interior design service.
Phil and Victoria started Morley Mountain Homes with the simple belief that we should build the best house we can. That we should care as much about the air we breathe as the food we eat and the water we drink. That we can reduce our families carbon footprint and at the same time enjoy a better standard of living.
Together.
After building their own Net Zero home in Shoreacres, they are now hoping to inspire others to build better, more energy efficient homes in the Kootenays. Whether you’re looking to build a custom Net Zero home, retrofit or renovate your current home, Phil and Victoria would love to work with you.
